Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on:

• Unworn and unaltered items
• Items with original tags attached
• Items in original packaging
• Items with proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-tailored suits and garments
• Altered or adjusted items
• Intimate wear items
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Custom Orders

For custom-tailored items:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement
• Design modifications may incur additional fees
• Contact us at ask@suitlinea.com for custom order inquiries

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

• Contact our customer service team
• Provide order number and reason for return
• Receive return authorization

Step 2: Package Return

• Ensure items are in original condition
• Include all tags and packaging
• Include return authorization form

Step 3: Ship Return

• Use tracked shipping method
• Insure valuable items
• Keep shipping receipt

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• Items will be inspected within 2 business days
• You will receive email confirmation of receipt
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
• Refund will be issued to original payment method

Important Notes

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
• Original shipping fees will be deducted from refund amount
• Partial returns will receive partial refunds

Faulty Items

For items received with manufacturing faults:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the fault
• We will cover return shipping costs
• Replacement or full refund will be provided
• Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt

Exchange Process

For size or style exchanges:

• Subject to stock availability
• Must be requested within return period
• Additional shipping fees may apply
• Price differences will be charged/refunded
